License
RuizClick grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SQL Mob Client on your devices under these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.
Subscription
SQL Mob Client Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year (or the equivalent price shown by the store in your country), with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
A subscription is linked to your SQL Mob Client account when you are signed in, and is then available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android and Windows with that account.
Your databases and your responsibility
The app runs the statements you write or confirm against servers you connect to. You are responsible for having permission to access those servers, for the changes you make and for keeping your own backups.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to access systems without authorization, or to break the law or the terms of the stores.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, RuizClick is not liable for data loss, interruptions or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll publish the new version on this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
