Summary
SQL Mob Client is a client for your own databases. Your database data travels only between your device and your database server: it never goes through our servers. We don't show ads, we don't track you and we don't sell data.
Data stored on your device
Connection profiles (server, user, database) and saved queries are stored on your device. Database passwords are stored encrypted in the system's secure storage (Keychain / Keystore / Windows protected storage).
Optional account and sync
If you create an account, we store your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself) and the items you sync: connection profiles without passwords, saved queries and, if you choose, your database passwords encrypted end to end with a passphrase only you know. We cannot read those passwords.
Your email is used only to confirm the account, reset the password and send messages about the account. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from the app (Settings › Account and sync › "Delete account").
Subscription
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never receive your card details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases. We store the status of your subscription (product, store, dates, renewal) linked to your account or, without an account, to a random identifier of the device.
Crash reports
If the app fails, it can send an anonymous technical report (error and device model) to our own error server. It never includes passwords, connection strings, query text, results or screenshots. You can turn it off in Settings.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists and deleted when you delete it. Subscription records may be kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Children
The app is a professional tool and is not directed to children.
